Processing & Production Times
Each item is made to order, which means production time varies:
- Most items take 3-7 business days to produce.
- Certain specialty items may require longer production times; any specific timelines will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Times
Once your order is produced, shipping times vary based on the location of our vendors:
- Domestic Shipping: Typically 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
- International Shipping: Depending on the country, international orders may take 7-21 business days for delivery.
Multiple Shipments
Since we work with multiple vendors, your order may arrive in separate packages. Each item will be shipped as soon as it is produced, which means you may receive items from the same order at different times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the items in your order. We do our best to provide accurate rates for each vendor's shipping profile.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For multi-vendor orders, tracking will be provided for each separate shipment.
